Tadcaster Youth Theatre!

Tadcaster Youth Theatre, run by Thunk-It Theatre, is a friendly and inclusive space where young people aged 6-11 can get creative and enjoy the magic of theatre. Our sessions are fun, relaxed, and open to all, offering the chance to build confidence, make friends, and explore performance in an encouraging and supportive environment. Whether you love acting, storytelling, or just want to give something new a try, you’ll find a warm welcome and plenty of opportunities to get involved.

Tadcaster Youth Theatre by Thunk-It Theatre is part of the Now Then! Programme. Funded

by North Yorkshire Council, Arts Council England and UKSPF. Delivered by Thunk-It in

partnership with The Barn and ARCADE.​

Now Then! Tadcaster is a two-year programme of arts events and creative activities focused

on working with young people. A partnership between The Barn and ARCADE, delivered as

part of the Selby Place Partnership. The Selby Place Partnership is a new programme for Tadcaster, Selby and Sherburn, steered and developed by a partnership of community and cultural organisations. It will create joyful,

memorable and authentic experiences which speak directly to the communities’ needs and

aspirations.
